Puding Bertih Koko


Bahan (A)
30 gm agar2 tali
1500 ml air
1 1/2 cawan gula

Bahan (B)
5 biji telur
3 sudu besar tepung kastad
3 sudu besar majerin
1 tin (400ml) susu cair
200 ml air

Bahan (C) - Bertih koko secukupnya

  1. Satukan agar2 dan air, masak hingga hancur. Masukkan gula, masak hingga gula larut.
  2. Satukan semua bahan (B) di dalam periuk. Tuang dan tapis bahan (A) ke dalam (B). Masak atas api hingga likat.
  3. Tuangkan separuh adunan ke dalam loyang. Tabur bahan (C) serata permukaan. Tuangkan baki adunan.
  4. Sejukkan.


***Jika anda rajin, boleh disusun berlapis berwarna warni, ikut kreativiti sendiri.

Sausage Buns

Dah lama tak meroti, tetiba ada lak orang mengoder. Ada baiknya juga terima oder nih... dapat menggilap skil semula. Terasa sungguh mencabar.

Guna jer mana2 resipi doh asas. Kalau rajin scroll down blog nih ye... ;).

Kat bawah ni pulak 'red bean buns', bentuk bulat jer... guna doh yg sama seperti di atas.

Bun Pisang Coklat Urai

Bun Pisang Coklat Urai

500g tepung (guna tepung roti)
10g yis (tuang jer sepeket mauripan)
10g bread improver
5g garam
200g pisang emas/berangan - dilecek
60g majerin
75g gula kastor
150 ml air/susu segar (tuang sedikit2, tambah jika perlu)
50g coklat urai

Hiasan:
'eggwash'
coklat urai secukupnya

1. Campurkan majerin, pisang lecek dan semua bahan kering kecuali coklat urai kedalam mangkuk pengadun.
2. Putar perlahan sehingga adunan menjadi seperti serbuk roti. Dengan kelajuan sederhana, masukkan air atau susu sedikit demi sedikit. Uli sehingga adonan elastik. Masukkan coklat urai sebelum berhenti menguli. Perap hingga adonan naik 2x ganda. Uli semula.
3. Ambil adunan sebanyak 30g, bulatkan dan susun dalam dulang pembakar
4. Biar adunan kembang semula dan bakar selama 15 minit dalam suhu 180 darjah Celcius.

Square Carrot Cupcakes

Sorry... I will not take any order for this type of cupcakes. I made them for family gathering... my preggy niece requested a carrot cake with cream cheese frosting.

CARROT CAKE

Ingredients

For the cake:
200g self-raising flour
175g soft light brown sugar
150g chopped walnuts
1 level tsp ground cinnamon
Pinch of salt
150ml corn oil
3 medium eggs
250g carrots, peeled and grated
1 tsp vanilla flavour

For the topping:
250g cream cheese
120g icing sugar
Zest of 1 lemon
1 tbsp lemon juice

Directions:
Set the oven to gas mark 4 or 180°C.

To make the cake:
Tip the flour into a bowl and stir in the sugar, walnuts, cinnamon and salt.
Beat the corn oil and eggs together and add to the dry ingredients and carrots, then stir until well mixed. Pour the mixture into the cupcakes casing.
Bake the cake in the centre of the oven for about 20 minutes, until it is just firm to the touch in the centre, and a skewer comes out clean after being inserted into the cake.
Remove the cake from the oven and leave it to cool in the tin for about 10 mins. Turn out on to a wire rack to cool completely.
To make the topping:
Beat together the cream cheese, icing sugar, lemon zest and juice until well mixed. Spread the icing over the top of the cupcakes and decorate with the sweet 'carrots', if liked.

Cheese Layered Brownies





Potato Buns






ROTI KENTANG
500g tepung (guna tepung roti)
10g yis (tuang jer sepeket mauripan
1 biji telur gred B (guna gred C)
10g bread improver
5g garam
70g tepung campuran kentang (kali ni guna 120gm kentang yg direbus dan dilecek)
60g majerin
100g gula kastor
350 ml air sejuk (guna dlm 250 ml jer - nnt jd mcm adonan cekodok lak)
Inti/topping
50g instant kastad
125ml susu segar


1. Campurkan kastard segera bersama susu segar. Kacau sebati.
2. Uli tepung spt adonan roti. Masukkan sedikit air dan uli lagi. Biarkan 15 minit.
3. Ambil aunan sebanyak 30g, bulatkan dan susun dalam dulang pembakar
4. Setelah naik, paipkan atasnya dgn kastad dan bakar selama 25 minit.
