Basically, I used plain sponge mix with standard method preparation and added some orange juice and orange flavour in. It turned out soooooooo perfectly smells good and tastes emmm... yummy... Everyone enjoyed eating the cake.
Orange Sponge Cake
250g Plain/Vanilla Sponge Mix
50 ml Orange Juice (guna yang kotak)
50 ml corn oil/cooking oil
1 tsp orange essence/orange oil
Pre-heat oven @ 170 degree Celcius.
Beat sponge mix, eggs and orange juice highest speed till light n fluffy. Fold in essence and oil with wooden spatula till well mixed all together.
Bake for 50 minutes or stick inserted come out dry and clean.
Cool for 5 minutes and turn upside down on wire rack. Cool completely.
