Cornflake Cookies
Biskut Badam
1 biji kuning telur / 1 egg yolk
180g mentega / butter
180g tepung gandum / all purpose flour
150g tepung jagung / corn flour
113 gula ising / icing sugar
4 sudu besar badam kisar / 4 tbsps grounded almond
Hiasan / Glazing
Kuning telur / egg yolk
Badam hiris / almond sliced
Cara menyediakan:
Putarkan mentega dan gula hingga kembang. / Beat butter and sugar till fluffy.
Masukkan telur, tepung gandum, tepung jagung dan badam kisar kemudian kacau rata hingga menjadi doh lembut. / Add in yolk, flour, corn flour and grounded almond and stir mix till soft doh is formed.
Canai dan terap. / Roll out and cut to your design.
Sapu kuning telur dan hiaskan dengan hirisan badam. / Glaze and sprinkle with sliced almond.
Bakar dalam ketuhar pada suhu 180 degree Celcius selama 12-15 minit atau sehingga masak. / Bake under 180 Degeree Celcius for 12-15 minutes.
