Chocolate Moist Cake for Teachers

I made this for my children to bring for their teachers on Teacher's Day. Long over due... huh?... I was quite busy at work and at home too...

Chocolate moist cake topped with ganache. Strawberries at each corner and coloured choc rice at the edges. Written on it with royal icing. Weight about 1.5kg each.

To be fair to both of them, I designed it, at least, looks identical. So, no fight in the morning, keeps my mood stable till end of the day. Hahahaha...
