Brownies Mba Vivi Liong

Gara2 feedback yang ngetops di NCC, I made this brownies soon after I finished the cream puff session. I urged myself to try the recipe from Mba Vivi Liong with no delays despite that lacked of ingredients and the midnite had passed.

Due to an extremely modification to the recipe, it gave me an extreme sweet taste which I could not take much. Here is the original recipe from Mba Vivi Liong posted to NCC mailing list. The text in red was my adjustment.

BROWNIES MELTED
Hasil Jadi: 2 loyang @15x10 cm

Bahan :
Mentega tawar elle vire 100 gram (i used normal butter)
Cokelat masak Van Houten 125 gram (I used compound)
Gula pasir butiran sedang 150 gram
Telur ayam 2 butir
Tepung terigu protein rendah 100 gram (tepung gandum jer)
Almond bubuk 50 gram
Kacang kenari 25 gram, sangrai, cincang kasar
Essen vanilla Red Bell 1/2 sendok teh
Rhum bakar toffieco 1 sdt (been ommitted lah... tak der dan tak tau apa dia... ;))

Isian:
Cokelat kancing Van Houten 100 gram (i used chocolate chips)

Taburan:
Cokelat chip black & white 50 gram (tak der, guna jer choco putih siap bentuk)
kacang kenari 30 gram, sangrai

Cara Membuat :
1. Lelehkan mentega dan cokelat masak hingga agak lumer (lumer sebagian), angkat dari api, masukkan gula pasir dan telur, aduk rata.
2. Masukkan terigu, almond bubuk, kenari cincang, essen vanilla dan rhum bakar, aduk asal rata (jangan terlalu lama).
3. Siapkan loyang brownies uk. 15x10 cm yang sudah dioles dengan margarin dan di alasi kertas roti.
4. Tuang adonan setengah loyang, tata cokelat kancing di atas adonan, kemudian tutup lagi dengan adonan, taburi kenari dan cokelat chip BW.
5. Panaskan oven suhu 180°C selama 5 menit, masukkan adonan, panggang hingga matang kurleb 25 menit, angkat.
6. Sajikan.

Tips:
- Jika suka gurih, di tengah adonan bisa diberi taburan keju melted (potong dadu)
