This chocolate cake look-a-like was actually made of 'bahulu' (malay traditional cake) recipe and topped with ganache - a combination of traditional and modern touch.
Bahulu
5 eggs 'B' size
200g sugar
200g all purpose flour + 20g cocoa powder (sifted)
- Beat eggs and sugar till light and fluffy.
- Fold in the flour mixture gently till well combine.
- Bake for 35 minutes at 180 degree Celcius.
