Lamanya akak tidak bersiaran kat sini ye... Jadi, dikesempatan ini akak mengucapkan Selamat berpuasa dan SELAMAT HARI RAYA untuk semua. Sekali harung punya ucapan... Jangan main mercun sampai cacat ye... pada akak kalau tak der mercun pun tak meriah raya gitu... :D Arini tetiba ada sikit jer ruang utk akak bersantai sambil memikir apa lagi resipi yang perlu akak cuba utk hari raya kali ini. Hari ini jer akak dah siapkan biskut kacang untuk kali ke-3. Kali pertama buat dah masuk perut... licin. kali ke2 untuk tempahan. arini memang confirm utk raya. Pastu akak buat resipi paberet ramai... apa lagi kalau bukan cornflake madu. Resipi akak bantai sendiri la tak guna yang biasa seperti tahun2 lepas. Rasanya yang ini sesuai untuk pesakit diabetes.

 

Honey cornflakes 

A)
200gm cornflakes
50gm toasted chopped almond
50gm toasted peanut
40gm raisins

 B)
125gm butter
1/3 cup honey

 Melt B on slow fire until bubbly. Fold in A. Spoon into paper cups. Bake 150°C for 10-12 minutes. Cool and pack in an air tight container.

After very long break...

I left my blogs unattended for so long... really missed updating them but I couldn't help to find any space to hanging out here. Too many things to catch up. Owh! Really??? Emmm... well... actually I've no reason for that and nothing to update lately, more on recycle activities.

I received many requests for fancy/decorating cookies class. I kept on giving them tonnes of reasons to escape from handling a class. No reason, again... But someone had purposely bumped into my studio and told me, "I want to learn that fancy cookies, that's why I'm here now."

So, these photos show it all...
