Plain Cupcakes and Cakes

The request for the cupcakes was placed 3 months in advance but I was asked to bake for the three sizes big cake a day before they're delivered. Plain cupcakes and cakes without frosting were sponge cake base.

Fondant Cupcakes for Hantaran

Ordered by Anne from Tokyo for her cousin's (Ms. Jina) wedding to put in the 'dulang hantaran'. Lilac (purple alike??) was the theme colour. Tied with an organza ribbon and a little butterfly pinned on, packed in a see-thru box, so that everybody could see them from the outside without opening the box. Individual packaging.
I made this as a sample - promo! promo! promo! Rate - negotiable ;-)...

Kek Hantaran

Entry kali saja la nak show off kita punya kek hantaran yang tak seberapa tu. Alhamdulillah musim mengawan kali ni murah juga la rezeki kita. Dalam tu kek buah resipi yang dikongsi oleh Chef Tania. Yang penting senang dan mudah.

Fruit Cake with Pudding Flavour

Bahan A
500gm Mix Fruits di gaul dgn 2sm tepong gandum hingga rata

Bahan B
250 gm Butter
150 gm Caster sugar
1sm Ovalett
5 biji Telor besar
230 gm Top Flour
1st Baking Powder
1st Orange Essence
1 st Pudding Essence jika tiada gantikan dgn Vanilla essence sahaja

Cara nya
1. Satu kan butter, gula, essence dan ovalett pukul dgn high speed sampai kembang dan masukan telur sa biji demi sa biji dan pukul lagi sampai sebati.
2. Satukan Tepong Top dan B Powder di ayak dan masukan sedikit demi sedikit pada adunan 1. dan aduk sebati gunakan wooden spoon.
3. Akhir sekali masukan mix fruits dan di gaul rata.
4. Siapkan acuan 9 inci bulat di sapu butter dan alas kertas, isi kan adonan tadi.
5. Panaskan Oven dgn suhu 160 dan bakar kek selama 1 jam 1/2 atau hingga masak...

Kek ini sesuai untk di tutop dgn fondant, selamat mencoba.....


Ini la hasilnya... sebenarnya taburan buah tu mmg sampai ke permukaan tak mendap ke bawah tapi yang ni adalah lebihan butter. Mungkin masa mengaduk adunan tu tak kacau rata sampai bawah mangkuk adun, jadi buah tu terkurang di bawah.
