Kek Pulut

Ordered by Lynn Hassan on request by her son. Made of glutinous rice soaked in water with tumerric powder and tamarrind slices for at least 3 hours. Steam for 20 minutes, fold in coconut milk and salt until dissolve and steam for 2nd time for another 20 minutes. Neatly compact in a ring mould with some raisin.
Use vegetables and herbs for deco.
