Jom kita layan tengok gambor eh... kat bawah ada resipi... ini semua hasil pada awal penglibatan kita bersama roti dan oven... hehehe...

yang ni paberet anak2... biasala ada sosejkan... macam2 adaaaaaaaaaa...hak bunga ni kesukaan kita ler... ni try jer...
ni dah siap pack tau... bawak pi juai nih...
Ingredients :
900 g bread flour
100 g superfine flour/cake flour
430 g water (+/-)
20 g instant yeast
12 g salt
180 g sugar
40 g butter
60 g margarine
150 g egg (=/- 2 grade B eggs)
10 g (2 teaspoons) bread improver
5 g bread softener
30 g milk powder
10 g vanilla essence
My Method:
- Prepare all ingredients. Put all dry ingredients in the mixer bowl except water Use speed 1, slowly add in water. Knead till the dough elastic.
- Take the dough out and do first 'resting' process for 5 minutes.
- Divide dough into 60g each. Proceed to 2nd 'resting' process.
- Shape and decorate the dough into required bun and put on tray.
- Proof the bun till it double in size. Take out and do the last 'garnishing' process onto the dough.
- Bake at 180 degree Celcius for 15 minutes.
- Add more time for the dough to be cooked if necessary. Apply glazing as soon as buns out from the oven.
