This is my 'long time dreamt wanna do' cake - Kek Lapis Masam Manis before the haw flakes meet the expiry date. I bought the square shape haw flakes during my 'jalan jalan cari makan' in Kuching a year ago. Aiyooooooo... have to fly to Kuching to get those square haw flakes...This is my second attempt of 'do-it-myself' for layer cake type. Again, I choosed Chef Noraini Zakaria's recipe from her book 'Variasi Kek Lapis'. Not bad huh?
