Buttercake


Butter Cake

225g butter
180g castor sugar

Mix well together
200g eggs without skin
1 tsp vanilla essence

sift together
200g flour
10g baking powder
15g milk powder

Beat butter and sugar till sugar dissolve.
Add in the eggs mixture little at a time and beat till it mix well with butter each time adding.
Use wooden spatula/scoop and fold in the flour mixture slowly.
Bake at 180 deg C for 20 minutes and turn down to 160 deg C for 10 minutes.
